Thanks mammaP and Rhi! I think my problem with magnesium is a psychological one. It's an uncomfortable anxious feeling that I think is because it's new, I always do this with new tablets, no matter what it is. Though in saying that I am very sensitive to anything. I'll take it easy and no I wouldn't take 5-HTP.

cali, good to hear you're doing so well. You had no choice but to go off chlorpromazine. You have been very brave.

If you find taking a whole magnesium tablet daunting, use a sharp knife and cut it up into quarters. Take the smallest one. This is what titration is for, to reduce risk.

You'll find the dose with which you're comfortable.

(This might be a good time to ask your doctor what she expected to accomplish by prescribing chlorpromazine.)

Thanks Alto, I think I will try cutting it half and see how that feels. I guess it is how you say, you have to be comfortable with the dose. I don't want to give it up because I don't like how it feels to me. Thanks for all your thoughts. They are very much appreciated..

Whew!  My guess is that your pdoc gave you the chlorpromazine (great question, Alto!) to help you sleep.  So if the mag helps you sleep - then wouldn't that be a gift?

Look for language to describe your feelings that is not medical.  Is it "panic?" or is is "fear?" Is it "anxiety?" or is it "reticence?"  You are having a feeling just before taking the magnesium.  What is that feeling?  You are a writer, be creative - look to describe that feeling before dropping it in the "panic attack" bin.

I'm in agreement with most folks here.  Stay the heck away from 5HTP.  It's great, it's terrific, but it's not for everybody.  I am on it under a doctor's care, but she is weaning me off of it now.  You are going to have enough things to deal with as you withdraw, you don't want to make your chemical soup more complicated.

In fact, when I look at D, I don't know if he is on any drugs or not, but he probably has no business taking it either, and - if he is buying it in Australia he's paying too much.  He probably shouldn't fiddle with neurotransmitters until he's looked at nutrition:  magnesium, niacin(B3), 5P5 (B6), MTFHR(also B6), D3, B12, and zinc.  These are healers of neurotransmitters, not stimulants (like the 5HTP is)  But that is a complicated formula, no?  You will learn about these things in time, as you go.  Perhaps he should do what you are doing and STOP fiddling.  Just add a little magnesium.

And remember - MammaP sent you links to a forum.  These are frequently very relevant to your journey.  I get overwhelmed by the forums, but if someone sends me a link, I respect the knowledge they are sending me to, because they did it just for me.

A lifetime of being prescribed antidepressants that caused problems (30 years in total). At age 35 flipped to "bipolar," but was not diagnosed for 5 years. Started my journey in Midwest United States. Crossed the Pacific for love and hope; currently living in Australia.   CT Seroquel 25 mg some time in 2013.   Tapered Reboxetine 4 mg Oct 2013 to Sept 2014 = GONE (3 years on Reboxetine).     Tapered Lithium 900 to 475 MG (alternating with the SNRI) Jan 2014 - Nov 2014, tapered Lithium 475 mg Jan 2015 -  Feb 2016 = GONE (10 years  on Lithium).  Many mistakes in dry cutting dosages were made.

Thanks Jan, I did have a look at the link and it made me even more really not willing to take it.

Thing is, my partner D, keeps pushing these supplements on me. The new one is CoQ10 and when I say no, he says why and then I say I do not want to add anything new to the mix right now but he just keeps saying why. It's really frustrating because he just keeps pushing it <_<

Yar, he would have no way to understand the complexity of psych drugs, and the difficulty of healing your neurotransmitters.  And the fear of permanent damage.

I don't think CoQ10 would hurt you, but there are a lot of things like that.  I don't think Curcumin would hurt you.  Or Glucosamine / Chondroitin.  Or Green Lip Mussel.  Or Slippery Elm.  Or (the list is endless).  I think they MIGHT help you.  They might just waste your money and do nothing.  There might even be some enzymes that would help you, like NAC or Glutathione - but as you read more threads, you will see people trying these out of desperation, and not getting any results. Having a professional look at your blood tests and make suggestions is much better.  And there are naturopaths who can order these.

These things might not help you until the drugs stop hurting you.  (I'm trying to help you with sound bytes).  If I were on a cocktail like yours, I'd be loathe to do anything without an objective analysis of your whole picture.  I attacked it subjectively - "I have this symptom, need more zinc, I have that symptom, time for more B6.  Oh, that is like me, I should add Niacin..."  and used the internet to check dosages.  It turns out I was damned lucky, when the objective tests came back, I was *close* to right.  There are still huge adjustments to make (I took too much zinc, for example, and not enough B12), but I was already "on the path" with my subjective research.  BUT IT AIN'T EASY, and like I told you elsewhere, you go crazy trying to figure out what the whole ordeal is about.  And going crazy is not a good thing to put ON the list!

Though GP's here have a lot of good ideas.  I first learned about Magnesium from my GP (but she didn't tell me how worthless Mag Oxide was).  But she started getting clueless when I talked about going off my psych drugs, and curcumin, and stuff.  It wasn't until I got to an orthomolecular doc that I started getting real help.

It may take him over a year to "get it," about the psych drugs and what you are trying to do.  I think he will agree in principle, but understanding the process is another thing.

Here's another example of supplement screw ups.  Alto Strata will say "never try combinations, only single substances, because then you know what is affecting you, and exactly what the change was."  When you go to the Chemist you will see all kinds of wrong combinations.

Magnesium uses up Calcium, and Calcium uses up magnesium.  They cancel each other out.  And yet how many bottles do you see with combination "Cal-Mag?"  Why do they even make it?  It demonstrates that there's a lot of rip-off going on in supplements.  Even Mercola (you'll learn his name soon enough) has some questionable information on his highly acclaimed site.

It is tiring, but you have to question everything.  And learn to trust your feelings (that is, once you've decided it's okay to have them!).  And D suggesting this or that when he hasn't studied the literature that people talk about in here - well.  There's another sound byte - send him here to see what people say about CoQ10;  http://survivingantidepressants.org/index.php?/topic/1754-coq10/?hl=coq10

Some like it, say it helps.  Some say it's not much.  Some say be careful, it can be activating.  I'm on an awful lot of it, but that is Doctor approved and encouraged:  I was on 600 mg to repair the damage from the statins, and Doc doubled it.  It's not likely that anyone else is taking that much.  Hubby is on 100.  And he's had a stroke, and is still on the statin.  So there's a lot to weigh up before adding a thing.

Overall it would be silly to add a thing when you're not yet used to the magnesium!   :P

I did speak to D last night actually about all this and he did say he understood and that he was happy that I even asked the question because I usually ignore what he says apparently. Thanks for the link, I will go and take a peek before I see him this morning.

Well last night I am standing trying to cut my magnesium tablet in half, geez they are hard, but I couldn't, so I held it in my hand and I looked at it, shrugged and threw it in my mouth and I was fine and I got tired and I fell asleep really fast and I feel a little bouncier this morning than a few mornings ago. It feels nice.

Horrible day!!! I took my laptop with me this morning when I went to the gardens to write my new zine. I then took it with me to the city but it was too heavy and my legs got really sore and then they started giving way. I got home and I was in so much pain. I had deep heat on my legs, another cream on my back and then paracetamol/Tylenol and valim. I am still feeling it hours later. I have an assessment for uni I have to post tonight. I feel awful. Want to crawl under a rock and sleep :(

Pill cutter.  Cost less than $5.  The ones with hinges are stronger and easier to cut tough pills with (but the ones with clear case make it easier to see "half").  Then you don't have to play with knives.   :P

Day three of headache and neck pain... I'm so overjoyed. Well, not so much. I got a really sensitive belly last night too and it's still sore today too. These headaches and the neck pain is really frustrating because I have had cycles of them for years and years where they are okay for a bit and then a flare up of four days in a row and then it will go away again. Thankfully only for four days. So one day and three quarters to go - sigh! The lyrica seems to help with the in-between days where I am okay. I have lived with pain my entire life and you'd think that I'd be used to it. I never have. I'm only 40 so I have years of this yet because of the nature of my neck condition. With fusion from C4 through to the cervical thoracic junction, there is limited movement. I have condition known as Klippel-fiel Syndrome and it's a birth defect from my mum taking a medication while she was pregnant that later got banned. This was 1974 (obviously) and I don't know what it was now. Anyway, I don't know why I said all that but it's nice in a way because it shows me a reason why I have the pain and I can't do anything but manage it. At least I'm fairly cheery and am not feeling down. For that I'm thankful.

I've had an interesting few days. Yesterday I saw my psychologist Emma and we were talking about my birth story which I only recently found out just before my 40th birthday a few weeks ago by my Dad. I won't go into it here but lets just say it was a very traumatic pregnancy and birth. I was telling this to Emma and I was getting  emotional and I'm like thinking to myself, wow, this is your first trauma. Emma and I spoke about lots of things and it was a really good session and she asked me to read Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss, which I have started reading and it's really good.

Then I saw Dr K and I then told her the birth story and again got emotional and she (and Emma did this too) looked mat me with these sorrowful gazes but it was okay, I know I haven't dealt with the trauma by a long shot because of how it has affected my life, even today. The whole session wasn't doom and gloom though and she is extremely happy with where I am and that I've only taken 1 PRN dose in the last week. I even hate admitting that I've taken a PRN dose at all.

I came home and I did some journalling and some reading and some spending time with D. I also kept on checking my uni website because I wanted to see if my short story had be critiqued by my group for my writing class. It had and it had come up good. I ended the night on a high and then dropped into my yummy magnesium sleep, funny how I didn't like it even several days ago but now I know I can cope with it and it feels nice  :P . Today I have my intake interview for DBT, hopefully it will go okay this time ^_^

Word of the day:  iatrogenic!  I did some scrambling around looking for the drug - I haven't found any drug that links directly to Klippel-Feil but geez it would help if I were a doctor and smart.  I did find a couple related to spina bifida though.  I guess until we find out *why* she took it.  From what you told me today it was about inducing labor, then stopping labor, so it really could be unique to your Mom and your story.

Even if those drugs don't link to your spine, they could link to your brain, and the trauma of your coming into the world could easily shape all of your future interactions.

Iatrogenic:  adjective

adjective iatrogenic
  1. of or relating to illness caused by medical examination or treatment.

Thanks Jan, I think it was something though that she took prior to her knowing that she was pregnant with me but you're right, breaking her waters twice and inducing her would have been so damaging for a newborn. They also gave her a drug to stop the birth, once they knew for sure that she was two months early.

In any case it's been a few days since I posted on her. I've been having a lot of contemplation, a lot good and a lot of fear too. Fear that when I do my first taper, that I freak out and take the doctor/patient role again. I would like to think that I wouldn't do that but I am starting Dialectial Behavioural Therapy (DBT) soon and I'm concerned about how I will cope with other group members. I sometimes have boundary issues and I don't want that to stand in my way. Sometimes even the best of us I could imagine can't cope with this. I think I will be worried until I meet my group.

The other thing is that I have been suffering from information overload and I kinda just went argh! I do take flight sometimes when I feel uncomfortable or confronted by things, in this case, how little I know I guess and I've been dealing with the emotions surrounding the story of my birth, which was very traumatic for me as a newborn and my 17 year old mum. I have really connected with this and feel a lot of emotion surrounding it.

I have also been having constipation problems, last night I woke up at 1am with the most incredible wind pain that lasted for two hours. I was doubled up and had it been on my right side, I would have thought it was appendicitis. It was so sharp. I don't know what to do about the constipation, it is very scary. I know it's silly but I keep thinking I'll get bowel cancer if it keeps on like this  :( . I drink water, probably not as much as I should. I have had this problem since I was a child. I can remember my dad sitting on the floor while I was on the toilet and he would talk to me and tell me stories while I tried to go. It happened many times. So it's been a long term problem.

Anyway, that's me for now.

This focuses mostly on Antidepressants, but it's an awesome summary of what happens with psych meds.  I'm sure you'll recognize a lot of it.  Sorry, it's over an hour long - there are versions of it that break it up into chapters.

Yar, I remember childhood constipation troubles, too - but - THEN we went on the drugs, and all of them are constipating!  Nice that your Dad sat with you so you didn't feel like you were alone with your pain.

thanks to both Altostrata and Jan, still having the problems with constipation but funnily enough I am quite cheery. Probably because I am getting my new camera on Wednesday. Four days to go, four days to go, YEAH! I have also been doing a lot of writing this morning and feel like I am getting a lot done. So yes, happy day

I was wondering if anyone know what I can do about inflamed joints? It's my right elbow, both my knees and my right hand (this one is really painful). I got a blood test and I don't have rheumatoid arthritis but there is inflammation there on one reading and not on the other, sorry, don't understand the blood test. I can't take any pain medication except for Tylenol and I can't tolerate anti-inflammatories (I'm thankful I can't take either), this includes ibuprofen. I was wondering if anyone knows what I can do to relieve some of the pain that is natural?

Turmeric/cucurmin is a popular natural anti-inflammatory. Turmeric is the plant/herb/spice itself, and cucurmin is one of its active ingredients which is a natural anti-inflammatory.

I can't tolerate NSAIDs myself, they tear up my stomach. I can only take aspirin and even that can be iffy. I've had mixed results with the turmeric, sometimes it irritates my stomach too, but it's much milder and I'd say it's worth a try.

Started on Prozac and Xanax in 1992 for PTSD after an assault. One drug led to more, the usual story. Got sicker and sicker, but believed I needed the drugs for my "underlying disease". Long story...lost everything. Life savings, home, physical and mental health, relationships, friendships, ability to work, everything. Amitryptiline, Prozac, bupropion, buspirone, flurazepam, diazepam, alprazolam, Paxil, citalopram, lamotrigine, gabapentin...probably more I've forgotten.

Started multidrug taper in Feb 2010.  Doing a very slow microtaper, down to low doses now and feeling SO much better, getting my old personality and my brain back! Able to work full time, have a full social life, and cope with stress better than ever. Not perfect, but much better. After 23 lost years. Big Pharma has a lot to answer for. And "medicine for profit" is just not a great idea.

Rhi is right on the money!  I have hubby on 6 grams of turmeric daily for his cancer (anti-inflammatory!), and when my kidneys got real bad it helped immensely so I stayed on it.  I've noticed that since I've been on it - especially high doses (like 8 grams a day) - managing pain became so much easier!

It's expensive, though, even on iHerb, because you need to buy it by the gram (1000 mg).

Here's the one we buy:  http://www.iherb.com/Doctor-s-Best-Best-Curcumin-C3-Complex-with-BioPerine-1000-mg-120-Tablets/12137#p=1&oos=1&disc=0&lc=en-US&w=curcumin&rc=253&sr=null&ic=11

There is a local one which claims to be the strongest in the world, Herbs of Gold (available at health food shops) for $55.95 a month (that's in the shop, not on the website:  http://www.herbsofgold.com.au/products/product/1692?q=Bio+Curcumin+4800%2B!  I have yet to determine whether or not this is cheaper than iHerb (you take less tablets, if their claims of 27x stronger are true) - I'm gonna propose it to hubby and let him do the price / milligram / dose analysis and I'll get back with you.

Maybe there's some way we can get the extract from Indian pharmaceutical companies!  I'l go in on it with you if we do! (or do we need to worry about heavy metal contamination then?)

It looks like the Herbs of Gold might save $3 a month, plus you would take fewer tablets.  IF, it is as strong as they claim (I'm skeptical).

I just found links posted by Rhi on another thread - multi drug tapers.  It might be good to read about them to get an idea how you're going to tackle the elephant.  (one bite at a time!)

Thanks for the links Jan!

I am still have the nausea and now I am really not sure what it's from. This is the third day I've had it. Ugh! I thought it was the magnesium but I actually forgot to take it last night and so now I don't know whether I am feeling like this because I missed it or because it's still in my system. The nausea only started with the addition of the magnesium in the mornings. I cut it from one tablet to half to none in the morning. I am all shaky this morning too :(

I had my last intake interview for DBT. I think I've gotten in but I don't know for sure. I won't find out until next week. Part of me hopes they say no and another part wants a yes, feeling very torn and worried about keeping strong boundaries without upsetting the group or even if my boundaries will slip and come down in the group. I guess I will just have to nervously wait.

Cali, it's hard to say at this point what might be causing the nausea or any other effects, you've had so many CTs and near-CTs in just the past year alone. You're probably going to have various symptoms that come and go for a while no matter what you do, and you'll probably be extra sensitive to all kinds of things. Hang in there!

I just realised that I haven't been taking the magnesium with food. That might be why I am feeling sick.

Well I do think my nausea was related to the magnesium because of not taking it with food or at least some milk. Last night I drank a cup of milk just before the magnesium and I had no and still have no nausea. I'll see how I go but it looks good so far. I think I am still a bit sensitive to it. It's nice though to have no nausea :)

Some people have really been helped by a gluten-free diet. Gluten, and even dairy, are highly inflammatory for some people. Like you need another major project :). Turmeric would be less overwhelming if you can afford it. I use a supplement for arthritis that contains frankincense (also known as boswellia) in addition to the usual arthritis supplements.

1st round Prozac 1989/90, clear depression symptoms. 2nd round Prozac started 1999 when admitted to dr. I was tired. Prozac pooped out, switch to Cymbalta 3/2006. Diagnosed with bipolar disorder due to mania 6/2006--then I was taken abruptly off Cymbalta and didn't know I had SSRI withdrawal. Lots of meds for my intractable "bipolar" symptoms.

Zyprexa started about 9/06, mostly 5mg. Tapered 4/12 through12/29/12

Wellbutrin. XL 300 mg started 1/07, tapered 1/18/13 through 7/8/13

Oxazepam mostly continuously since 6/06, 30mg since 12/12, tapered 1.17.14 through 8.26.15

11/06 Lithium 600mg twice daily, 2.2.14 400mg TID DIY liquid, 2.12.14 1150mg, 3.2.14 1100mg, 3.18.14 1075mg, 4/14 updose to 1100mg, 6.1.14 900 mg capsules 7.8.14 810mg, 8.17.14 725mg, 8.24.24 700mg...10.22.14 487.5mg, 3.9.15 475mg, 4.1.15 462.5mg 4.21.15 450mg 8.11.15 375mg, 11.28.15 362.5mg, back to 375mg four days later, 3.4.16 updose to 475 (too much going on to risk trouble)

9/4/13 Toprol-XL 25mg daily for sudden hypertension, tapered 11.12.13 through 5.3.14, last 10 days or so switched to atenolol

7.4.14 Started Walsh Protocol

Thank you Jan  :P  and Meimeiquest :)  I appreciate your comments.

I am feeling very anxious today and have been pacing a lot, which hasn't helped. D and I are going to see my mum and my dad is driving down too. I have a two hour train journey to make and I think the whole thing is making me feel a bit panicky to be honest. I am not going to do what I used to do and pop a pill but I am going to just try and let myself look forward to the fish and chips we are getting and the beach for some wonderful photo opportunities. I'm trying to think of these things instead of what being 'stuck' on a train will be like and the fact that D always needs to pee at the worst times. It's an express train so we can't stop! I think this is what is worrying me the most. What if he needs to go, what will we do  . I know it's useless worrying about it but I can't help it :( .

Some of the trains have toilets in the front car - not just the Nambour ones, either, I've seen them on newer City trains, too.  But I don't know how to choose a time to catch the "right train!"

D had his prostate checked?  (as you know I've been sitting with hubby and his total prostatectomy, and from here it looks like MAJOR surgery - this man doesn't complain of anything, but he's been complaining of this!)

So now I know why you didn't call me today.  I hope this finds you enjoying yourself on the beach with your new camera - and your family - and that it turns out to be nice and friendly, no dramas!  <3

I'm going to chime in with MeiMei (she is my lithium w/d buddy!) about your pain.  Because I know you, I'm certain that managing your pain will be one of your large issues when you start your taper.  I will try and get some magnesium chloride oil to you to try, that may be a key piece.  I don't know how I ever survived before it!  Having some things in place, like your "relapse prevention plan" before you taper - like a "pain management plan"?  Do you still have any of the materials from the pain clinic you went to about managing pain?    Take care, see you soon.

Thanks Jan (once again of course) :)

Well my shakes have started up again in my hands, really annoying when they were so good for a while. I have nerve pain in my shoulder right now too around my collarbone due to a bra strap that was too tight yesterday. Stupid! Also got a bad reaction to the magnesium again last night, felt nausea and some some weird breathing stuff, like I was struggling a bit to breathe, but this could have been some panic because of the sensations I was getting through my body, can't explain it. The feeling that is. It's just feels really strange, like I actually feel the magnesium wash over me and it's acutely uncomfortable. I had food in my belly too, so the nausea was not taking it on an empty stomach. I found out that neither my mum or dad can tolerate taking magnesium and I don't know if I am sensitive because of them but I think I should stop it???? What does anyone else think of this?

The day yesterday was good but mum was a downright pain in the bum. She had a very loud conversation with D at one stage of how much she hates my pdoc. I am helping my dad right there on his computer and she is having that conversation like I don't exist. She did say though I am much better and she can see that, even just being off of olanzapine. My dad was great but every time I tried to talk to him and mum came past, she would just start talking and completely disregard the fact that I was talking to him already. It was so rude. I don't know whether some of my pain today is anger at her manifesting into pain, which was exacerbated by the long train ride. I can feel the nerves irritated right down my arm too into my hand (and don't worry, I'm not having a heart attack, I can tell it's definitely nerve pain as it's hot and tingly ;) ). In the end it was a good day and D had swim in the sea, though he should have rethought the white shorts, lol!

I tolerated 1/2 a tablet, 100mg of magnesium last night but still felt it wash over me. I started to panic but when it settled fast, I was okay. This morning I got up and I felt like I was in a washing machine, going round and round, that was something I used to get when going on meds or off meds, I remember this. I am so acutely aware now what I take, as in medicines. I am extremely constipated again and wanted to take something for it but was scared to. I don't want to hurt my body any more that it is already screaming. But I know I need to get this under control as I don't want to end up in hospital impacted like I have been before. I carried a heavy camera back around for a few days too and I am feeling it still, my poor collarbones, they are not happy little campers. It was quite painful yesterday but today I just have some nerve tingling up an down my arms and hands and my collarbones just feel like there is pressure on them, not like they actually hurt. I find out about DBT this week. I am ambivalent.

I am feeling so much better. I didn't feel the magnesium wash over me last night and so I think, I hope, that it's settled for now. I am thinking of holding the first med taper until the end of January instead of the beginning, just simply because I am concerned by little withdrawal type things I get sometimes and I want them to settle first. I will do everything I am doing now and a few weeks more won't really make a difference. I think that's more sensible. In all honesty the thought of what you guys go through and it scares the living daylights out of me. I will taper but I am going to be very slow. Let my body heal. You all have so much strength and I admire you for what you go through. I hope my journey will be good, though I know I will be tested to the end of my wits at times. Anyway, nothing much to report except that my pain is gone, no more carrying heavy camera bags with my whole kit in it for days and then wondering why my collarbones hurt. When I got up this morning too, I had that whirlpool feeling again. It passed within five minutes though, so that was good.

I think that is a wise decision to hold a bit longer, you are doing great and will have a successful taper

once you get started by waiting to stabilise properly first.

**I am not a medical professional, if in doubt please consult a doctor with withdrawal knowledge.

Different drugs occasionally (mostly benzos) 1976 - 1981 (no problem)

1993 - 2002 in and out of hospital. every type of drug + ECT. Staring with seroxat

2002  effexor.

Tapered  March 2012 to March 2013, ending with 5 beads.

Withdrawal April 2013 . Reinstated 5 beads reduced to 4 beads May 2013

Restarted taper  Nov 2013

OFF EFFEXOR Feb 2015    :D

Tapered atenolol and omeprazole Dec 2013 - May 2014

Tapering tramadol, Feb 2015 100mg , March 2015 50mg

 July 2017 30mg.  May 15 2018 25mg

Taking fish oil, magnesium, B12, folic acid, bilberry eyebright for eye pressure.

My story http://survivingantidepressants.org/index.php?/topic/4199-hello-mammap-checking-in/page-33

Lesson learned, slow down taper at lower doses. Taper no more than 10% of CURRENT dose if possible

Thanks mammaP!

Well yesterday was awful. I was in the city with D and as I was walking to the bus, D forgot his go card so I made him walk, I accidentally walked into a guy and so he leaned into me with his forearm and pulled his fist back and hit me in the shoulder. I didn't hurt and I haven't got a bruise, just gave me a huge fright and I did get really upset. I went to the police and reported it because the idiot did it right out the front of a big bank in front of all the cameras, I thought the police might be able to get footage. As I was telling them what happened though, I started to get really confused and changed things by remembering other things and it turned into a whole dog's breakfast. So I am leaving it alone. At least I've going to make a report, it just means I am not at this stage taking it any further.

I saw Dr K yesterday and she was great and told me she was so proud of me and that I am a different person. I think I am the person I was before I met Dr K. I was this me before in 2007-2009 when I was working full time, on minimal drugs, no hospital admissions. Now I feel that person is slowly coming back. I like her, she is funny and she likes cats ^_^ ! But anyhow, Dr K asked me why I was so tired and I thought for a minute and said "I took my lunchtime seroquel late because I was busy when the reminder came up at the police station". Well a look of surprise came over her face and I realised how it sounded so I quickly filled her in   she would have thought I'd done something stupid. It was very humid yesterday too, which didn't help the sleepy feeling anyway.
