Increased to 150mg - 2012, Atenolol 25mg, twice a day - 2016, Low dose of HRT in evening, Sandrena and Utrogestan - Long term of Nasal spray Otrivine - 2012, PPI Omeprazole 40mg-evening 24.10.2014- Started ESCITALOPRAM-first 5mg and then 10mg; due to the adverse symptoms reduced on 5.01.2015- Escitalopram- 2.5mg 22.07.2016- re-started reduction by 1% at a time. My usual solicitor got on longterm sickness. I have a new one from Monday. I sent all the emails to him. My ex does not have my home address but he has my work address. I have him blocked on my mobile. He used to serve in army and he may become a "killing machine". Sept 2011 started 10% every 6 weeks taper (2.5% every week for 4 weeks then hold for 2 additional weeks), currently at 7.9mg. Oct 2011 CTed 15oz vodka a night, to only drinking 2 beers most nights, totally sober Feb 2013. Since I wrote this I have continued to decrease my dose by 10% every 6 weeks (2.5% every week for 4 weeks and then hold for an additional 2 weeks). I added in an extra 6 week hold when I hit 10mg to let things settle out even more. When I hit 3mgpw it became hard to split the drop into 4 parts so I switched to dropping 1mgpw (pill weight) every week for 3 weeks and then holding for another 3 weeks. The 3 + 3 schedule turned out to be too harsh so I cut back to dropping 1mgpw every 4 weeks which is working better. Final Dose 0.016mg. And you should try to learn some self defence sport or at least always have a spray with you with which you can defend yourself. At the moment he stopped, and I expect him being passive aggressive using silence, perhaps stopping paying the mortgage.... We will write to him that he may get restraining order if he continues his threats... But these are also related to a huge level of stress... I took additional 25mg in the morning and I am feeling much calmer... ikam Posted February 15, 2018 Author Share Posted February 15, 2018 i stopped codeine 10 days ago, as i was taking this daily to deal with my emotions...the only way was to stop ct, i have had no problems. actually feeling much calmer and sleeping better... on my divorce front, got to know today that my case has been allocated to a third solicitor, as the second one left :(... spoke to him today, sounded reassuring, but i need to see some actions, as at present i pay for double accommodation, for my rent here and for the house my ex occupies with his partner...he stopped paying this month, which is his way showing off...yet again... i work normal hours + additional shifts, but have no much from this...:( - 12.03.2021- doxepin- 50mg - 6.11.2020- 75mg - 16.10.2020- 100mg - 30.09.2020- doxepin- 125mg - May 2020, omeprazole 40mg switched to esomeprazole 20mg - 2012 re-started Doxepin 75mg, evening. I am on a roller coaster; waiting for a good occasion to restart tapering would mean "never" re-start, I have to do some movement, as I feel completely stuck... OH this is so true Ikam ,I can empathise deeply here .I'm thinking as far as September in terms of needing to be stable .a brutal winter of viruses and being very unstable has me scared to take even a tiny bead out ,I'm holding since October [so painful]. (total Lexapro taper was 4 years-started with pill form) ---CURRENT MEDICATIONS:Supplements:Milk Thistle, Metamucil, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin D3, Levothyroxine 25mcg, Vitamin C, Krill oil. Xanax 1mg 3x day June, 2000 to 19-September, 2020 Went from .150 grams (average weight of 1 Xanax) 3x day to .003 grams 3x day. April 1, 2021 went back on 1mg a day. Started tapering May 19, 2023. July 28, 2023-approximately .87mg. Dr. fast tapered me at the end and realized he messed up. Prescribe it again and I am doing "slower than a turtle" taper. 19-September, 2020 Xanax free!!! I have had lots of problems, still unresolved... If I was to wait for a better time for tapering I would be waiting for years... I felt anxious today morning, but no more than usually anxious... Don't have any additional symptoms, I hope this remains like this...
