Tried to taper off shitprexa after time to 3/4 (3 months had jittreness piling and spiral to stay cool.had impact and tolerating was hard not an option and decidin to go back to 5 again, rebound anger dealing atm. I step forward 1 step back.

also  back to caffein 130mg / day  3 days /week gives me boost to endure the wd of shiprexa,

  Docs dont understand that shitprexa causes bad impact on stomach

   

  saw the light one night after months of physical pain. Fatigue set in.

  when wd then numbeness in left leg

  Endurance aerobic training is on hold cuz no much time.

  Currently on maca powder, Vit C , rhodiola and omega 'fish oil

paid a visit to gp and he gave a librax, yesterday i took to alleviate pain in stomach, prescribed  for irritable bowl,

 

and felt nausea after , and today got more strong

then i looked on the feallet , i noticed its a benzo,

the 10days duration to take is  a lot and will have wd

 

will it show wd  after only  a dose? hope it leaves bloodstream after 24h

Soft cooked rice,with plenty of curds,mashed fruit,raw onion pieces,green onion ,one teaspoon turmeric, at an hour before  bed time,every day.

Thats how my sleep ,regularly 9 hours deep.

Orally, magnesium L-threonate.  I mix some in a finger or two of water every day, or put it in my hemp yogurt mix.

 

For baths (I miss those but still take foot baths, they help a lot) I favour magnesium chloride, or Epsom salts are the classic.  A bit of baking soda can be nice with that too.

 

The magnesium chloride skin sprays are ok in a pinch, too.

 

My body seems to hoover up as much magnesium as I can throw at it.  I've only had the side effects from too much a few times, and not for a long time now.

Zazen became my basic practice a long time ago.  I still find it the best for just letting things come up.  In fact it was while I was doing that after a full body massage after many years of practice that some real muck started coming up and I decided I needed a clinical psychologist ASAP, which has led to real healing.

 

Many times if I'm tired I will do a guided meditation, there are so many to choose from on the net.

yesterday had an epsom massage which i hdnt done for many days, was very relaxing and sleep was good, not perfect though.

 

 

the package hasn't arrived  from the Yorkshire  although some justifiable delay, but I did receive from germany

also  visited a Tai chi training school but it was closed until further notice.

i didnt take the shiprexa cause I wasnt feeling well

I had a pain in stomach i did two ultrasound scan one showed a small gall bladder stone, doctor said  to remove laparosc , i did second scan nothing showed.

 

i was thinking about moving to another house, away from here, some of you know my history, home environment isnt ideal, i should have done this before but better late than never. this of course will cause a lot of expenses, but ill get my life back.

Do you reckon you could manage your reflux with diet?

 

I get bad reflux if I eat a lot of tomatos, which sucks cos I love em.  Especially with beer!  I can do it occasionally but making diet changes has it under control for me now.

No advice on PPIs except I had a strong impression to stay away from them.  You could try 3/4 or 1/2 and see if that's ok first.  You know what to do from there.

 

Good that you've identified tomato as an irritant.  Encouraging that you can manage the reflux with diet.

 

Yep had both Pfizer shots, wrote it up in the main vaccine thread.  Some reactions but pretty glad to have done it.  The 'delta' strain is causing havoc over here and we're in quarantine again.

Leg has improved after having Epsom Salt bath and abstain from lifting any weight. Thanks Hayduke.

 

 

Also having vitamin B daily Pantotheic and |Niacin is a must together with Omega 3s and has helped.

 

Sleep still is an issue, today woke up 6.ooam with no restfull sleep,

That all sounds pretty good except for poor sleep.  I usually get a better sleep when I have an epsom foot bath in the evening, it's really helped me all through my taper keeping those up.

Can you update your signature with your recent drug amounts please?  It stops in 2019 at present.

got one problem,

had stomach pain,  was medicated with medoprel, mentoned this before, successfully tapering so far to 25% cut every 2 weeks, still a serious problem with stomach.

struggling wth shtprexa,

 my friend said that he was going to post the books  , but he lied  he posted them and said the delivery service had made sth wrong (was going to sell x15 ) to make  300$

i wouldn'd want fake friends

dropping out from m studies as assist prof dslike  me 4 some reason

i want to visit a GP asap but cant decide, because he doesnt know my history, wouldn't  want to get him  prescribe wrong  med ,  feeling ill atm and don't want to get worse.

Currently got  a cold runny nose,histamine ang igmoritis which have to take antibiotic for itto subside

cant move house  at the moment

 

main issue is sleep, when skipping doses after 4 days got insomnia

waiting supplemenst   to arrive 20working days already

my friend hasnt sent the books, rip off. im angry,

yesterday my brother visited me, got agitated and memory difficulties , i said that i regret

what i noticed is after stopping the shiprexa develop drug induced  symptoms, when wearing off symptoms become worse and this is indication of wd. insomnia agitaion,

and confuse my reasoning and judgment, i make wrong decisions , which afterwards i recognize.
