Are you referring to PTSD that you had pre-psychiatric drugs, or post psychiatric drugs?

PTSD during  psychiatric drugs Had written 2 years ago in this thread.

 

Had a walk to clear head and had taken time to hold a decision in my favour.

future will tell in the end

Bad driving can be very triggering.  One of the best things to work on with (C/)PTSD is settling your limbic system more quickly and easily, and being able to tell quickly when you have been triggered.

 

Can confirm there are occasions when a word with another driver is in order, but obviously it can be quite dangerous to engage if you aren't both on the calmer side.

reinstated 5mg 3 days ago due to what is cause? anyone got it?

Probably dopamine related especially after dosage changes.  Similar triggers to akathisia etc.

The drug blocks the dopamine receptors (among others), so as you come off it your body will need to get used to those receiving more dopamine.  

In any case my experience is that akathisia is much more likely to show up from significant changes to dopamine levels in either direction.  Or even drinking/recreational drugs.

 

Cortisol might also be related to your twitches.  Many of us notice these cortisol spikes in the early morning.
