Ive come a long journey with struggle and hopes, fear,love.My life has transformed the last month. My sleep is comsistent, throughout the last 1 1/2 months, My relationships have blossomed, my new gf has problems but we talk through and Im happy. I'm also active with some business sales which is one of my interests. I simply started dealing with the problems accepting.

 

I think is unfair to put labels on people with mental disorders. The doctors do that mistake they put labels and they hide.It's very bad for medical practice.

Yes , it’s possible, Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who found it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it.

 

IT’S POSSIBLE ,  If  I did it, you can do it, OFF risperidone 17 months, after taking for 4 years, I was lost and struggle  and lost most weight but I’ve recovered most.

I now take the zyprexa injection. Monthly, I ‘m off 13days

Believe me, If  I did it, you can do it, all the odds where against me, stressors in my house, no understanding, mood swings, constant dizziness, cinderblock,  most have  disappeared the last  1 ½ month. As I wrote to my previous update my relationships have blossomed, also I have some significant income from rent  and online business PTC websites and I do some mining  and that has made me more independent and I can stand on my feet, I have many plans for this year 2019. When we die one day we will look back on our lives our memory and remember how strong we were, and how much courage we showed one day and we remember for the rest of our lives. Some people show courage every day after fighting each day, and some others show courage one single moment in their lifetime and that’s it remember it forever my friend. I believe in you.

the 5o stopped watching me, no drama, kept my head down all this time. I broke up with my gf cause for some reasons. She had her problems after loosing one of her parents. mother. I helped her as much I could. I couldn't bear more. She got back on her feet from the dark. No meds.

I feel a bit isolated from my social environment friends, I have 2 real friends, and two mates from sa/rcgroup  and my bro.

All this adventure has given me emotional spiral with mental stress fatigue

How to alleviate/release this energy ?

 

My friends I can get in touch with them. I think they have misunderstand each other and I need their advice now asap, very important

So how can we learn to control such a destructive thought process?

 

There are four steps:

 

1. Identify that it's happening,

 

2. Defuse the situation,

 

3. Change the channel,

 

4. Go on with life.

 

Identifying the situation can be hard at first because it's very easy to fall into The Spiral.  A person needs to go through the entire cycle several times to identify the pattern and understand the progression.  I find that I can be well into the pattern before I realize that it's happening again.  Learning what one’s triggers are is a good place to start and previsualizing situations where those triggers might occur.  That way a person can "keep on guard" when those situations arise.

 

Previsualizing situations must be done with care, because it is essentially setting off a trigger on purpose.  It is very easy for the previsualization secession to get out of hand starting The Spiral off and running.  For a lot of people this could be called overthinking a situation.

You can't.  Emotional Spirals need to be defused by distraction, changing the channel or ignoring them.  If you got the "walking away from..." from one of the essays I wrote, I was talking about walking away from situations that trigger anger.  If you find yourself in a situation where you are getting angry, if necessary, just walk away from the situation.  It is better to be perceived as rude then to have an angry outburst that could escalate and get out of control.

The last 6 months i had akathisia and nervosuness, derealisation so intense due to wd which was believed to be  relapse, wrong impression, was wd i use to  get out  of home and run to relieve the akathisia, jitterness.

 I believe I had an episode 20 days ago and got througt it alone, but I have derealisation, jitterness in legs and blured vision.

Hi guys,

I have feverish thats not going away more than 1 month and have tension, sleep is not very good. 5-6 hours. negative emotions

 

I was stressed the last time and this contributed to it.

I have vertigo, anger,, is this wd?

I had an accident and went to emergency, I glass broke while washing and cut my palm,bad cut , they said they cant do stitches because a its dificult to do, in emergency  prescribed antitetani an antibiotic ceclor whch I started yesterday, sleep isnt good and have fever,

Is this a wd wave and how long it last?

From yesterday the fever, went up a bit 37.3and I read ceclor sideeefects may have nervousness, fever and dp. The said that they should give stronger antibiotic but ceclor 750 is I believed very strong.

 

 

what to help relax to sleep?

she said to take the antibiotic for 9days, too long i believe I asked another dc and he said for 4 days which i trust.

Also Ive been taking reishi mushroom powder and maca with ashwaganda.

Started with benzo yesterday to help with sleep 10mg but im very skeptical how to taper.

so my own  fathe tells me  to take olanzapin inj

last timei took olanzapine   was november,  but reinstated yesterday after doc suggestion,

 

 instead of olanzapine he said there is abilify but i took once  5 years ago,  body reacted bad   and never took it again.

 

olanzapine has side effects, no libido, and cognitive decline

He's aware of the situation I described 7 months ago and wants to drug m and i dont believe hes on my side.

my father is on my side and m friends.I feel drugged and numbness

i cannt function properly, i have apathy

i need some support although i feel more relaxed , i feel can't do anything,

I have nowhere else but my parents house to Live. And because of the consequent 'drugging' I haven't been able to move out and crack on with my life (this drug evacuates my motivation and interests and leaves me a blank body).

If you are sleeping 5 hours a night I wouldn’t take anything for sleep as it will probably make things worse in the long run and 5 hours in enough to survive while your body heals.    Just to be clear I’m not a mod.
