I would also add:

6. Don't track sleep. Your body will tell you what it needs.

I'd go 2-3 days with next to zero sleep and feel wide awake. Of course, I was stressing about it the whole time, thinking I NEED more sleep, when apparently I didn't. It comes back eventually!

March 2015: Lexapro 5 mg for 4 weeks

April 2015: Mirtazapine 15 mg for 3 weeks, 4 days taper at 7.5 mg

All good advice, mirt. How are you feeling now?

Within the margin of error of 100%. That was meant as an addendum to my success story post. Not sure if I should've put it somewhere else!

How long did you have withdrawal symptoms, including that anxiety, and how long have you been feeling fine?

Pretty much until now. The waves and windows pattern is probably still continuing, but the symptoms are minor enough now that I can't tell if they are withdrawal or just the normal ups and downs everyone goes through. As far as I remember, it's indistinguishable from life before AD.
