MirtNoMore
I would also add: 6. Don't track sleep. Your body will tell you what it needs. I'd go 2-3 days with next to zero sleep and feel wide awake. Of course, I was stressing about it the whole time, thinking I NEED more sleep, when apparently I didn't. It comes back eventually! MirtNoMore
Within the margin of error of 100%. That was meant as an addendum to my success story post.
