Leg exercise critical for the brain and nervous system

THANKS for this article, @TryingToHoldOn. I went to the gym maybe twice last week and was appalled by how weak my legs are even though I am walking a bit in a hilly city. The yoga I do is great for the nervous system (and arms) but not so much for the legs. More gym motivation 🙂

thank you for the article, i force myself to run 5x a week, despite the insomnia and i tell you it cut my withdrawal symptoms in half.

if i feel at the border line of panic before my run, i feel normal after it. lately i even added some leg work to help with the run 😁
