Can I shift from Alkepin ODT 100 to Clozapine 100 mg over a night; since Clozapine is a substitute for Alkepin ODT 100?

 

I want to shift from Alkepin ODT 100 to Clozapine 100 mg over a night; since it is a substitute. Is it recommendable? Is it safe?
