Encouraging Opinion in the Irish Medical Times by doctor Dermod J. Ward:  'Antidepressants are not antidepressants'

2008 : ‘Why antidepressants are not antidepressants: STEP-BD,STAR*D, and the return of neurotic depression

Doctor Ward : "It remains puzzling that a finding such as the 10-year-old PubMed publication was not followed by a veritable tsunami of comment in the 10-year hiatus since 2008: has not already had the sort of research attention it would seem to deserve. Moncrieff considers that … “patients should be informed that there is no evidence that antidepressants work by correcting a chemical imbalance, that antidepressants have mind-altering effects, and that evidence suggests they produce no noticeable benefit compared with placebo”.

Escitalopram 1.05 mg (max of 30 mg, taper from 10 mg to now started september 2016)

Klonopin 0.3 mg (one dosage reduction of 25 percent, from 0.4 to 0.3 mg september 2017)

Supplements: magnesium malate, fish oil, curcumin, multivitamin, iodine, probiotics, vitamine D along with eating healthy 80 percent of the time, I have no problem whatsoever taking supplements.
