Myrah Posted April 25, 2019 Share Posted April 25, 2019 Hello, I was wondering if the admins can start a method through which people who have successfully tapered can be contacted thru online call (if they are willing ) for a nominal charge to help others who are trying or thinking of taper..we are spending so much on psychologists and psychiatrists and drugs ..instead getting a 1:1 consultation call from people who successfully tapered for a nominal charge would be of greater value..just a humble suggestion..please throw your thoughts.. UnfoldingSky Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 Hi Myrah, I am not an admin obviously but a little while back I had thought we could use some kind of buddy system (one run for free) where people might be paired up with a veteran of withdrawal so they could get more one on one help if they wished. That would help in two ways hopefully, individuals get more attention and it takes some pressure off the mods. Although I'm not sure how many veterans of withdrawal stick around..Not many names I recognize here anymore.
