For the delusion, from the day 1/1, for the first time of these months, my cognition changed. I am no longer have the thought that others are out to get me. I am going to try to ask her if she can do EMDR for my trauma. A therapist is helpful in showing you how to work with your anger and safely find healthy outlets for it. There are many ways to work on settling your limbic system ("fight or fight" reflex). Unresolved trauma can have your body letting it go off super easily like an annoying car alarm. Withdrawal does sensitise your nervous system in a big way. Yoga is one I really like. Even just the breathing exercises can help. You will find many more discussed in that thread as you go through it. Have you tried magnesium and omega-3 supplements? Best to start with one at a time, see how you get on with a smaller amount then build up if it's ok. Epsom salt baths are a great way to get magnesium, much better effect than tablets for most people. Spray bottles can help sometimes. Fish oil is the common way to get omega-3. In fact now, they're really out to get me. It's reality now. So, it's not a delusion anymore I guess. If you haven't found it helpful before, I would be very careful with trying it again. As before if you were tempted, start with very small amounts and see if you feel better or worse. So I stopped it. So, I am considering to restart it when I have more severe withdrawal 2014 high dose of Geodon 400mg.
