I am experiencing increased anxiety and what I know to be depersonalization. I have no idea how long this will last but I am wondering if I should reinstate to 7.5 MG to alleviate symptoms of just wait it out. 2019: Sertraline 50 MG (3 months)- 100MG (3 months) - 75MG (5 months) 2020: Sertraline 100 MG (2 months) - 75MG (3 months) 2020/2021: Lexapro Cross-Taper from 75MG Sertraline to 15MG Lexapro. (4/5 months) 2021: Lexapro 15MG - 10MG (6 months) 2022(To Date): Lexapro 10MG - 5MG- 7.5MG (reinstatement 6/4/2022). Adderall XR 15MG (2months). Link to comment

I initially started on 50 MG of Zoloft around 2019 and moved around from 50-75-100mg. I did that for about a year and eventually switched to lexapro. I cross tapered and was eventually on 15mg lexapro for maybe 6 months and then have been on 10mg for the rest of the time. 3 weeks ago I went from 10-5mg. I also started prescription adderall 15MG after playing with 15/20MG extended release. 10 to 5 MG hit me HARD. I had physical withdrawl for a few days and extreme fatigue for 2 weeks. At this point I feel cognitive decline, anxiety, emotional blunting and depersonalization. I feel so out of it and disconnected. This is the worst I've ever felt in tapering my dose. I'm afraid of what is to come in the future and if I should reinstate to 7.5 MG to alleviate my symptoms. I feel as I am in crisis mode about my life in the immediate and extended future. With the ADHD meds I was determining if 20MG or 15MG was better suited and I determined 15MG was my preference. How long should I wait to determine if up-dosing has done anything positive? I'm also trying not to become too bogged down with all of posts on here as it has become compulsive. I'd give it a couple of weeks to reach its potential after that. I can't see your signature to give you better advice. Ryan2020 Posted June 5, 2022 Author Share Posted June 5, 2022 I have re-instated to 7.5mg if Lexapro. At what point do I attempt to reinstate back to 10mg or even 9mg? I mostly just feel high throughout the day. Bad anxiety.
