L-Methionine

Hi, I have serached and cant find a thread on this specifically/

 

is L-Methionine the same and samE? or does samE have other ingredients? does anyone know?

 

thanks so much##I just want to clarify that I have read the thread on samE and know its a bad one, but I wondred if the L-Methioinine was the same on its own

damaged by citalopram - severe suffering for 3 years now...no improvement

 

akathsiia, pgad, dp/dr, terror, and so SO many more daily

 

severly disabled and lost everything

My advice is to avoid all supplements except fish oil and magnesium while tapering.  Amino acids can affect serotonin levels and wreak havoc with a taper.  If you want to try it, be prepared to feel even worse.

Psychotropic drug history: Pristiq 50 mg. (mid-September 2010 through February 2011), Remeron (mid-September 2010 through January 2011), Lexapro 10 mg. (mid-February 2011 through mid-December 2011), Lorazepam (Ativan) 1 mg. as needed mid-September 2010 through early March 2012
