while i cannot promise you will smile, i can hope that this will do it for you. what you need to invest:

**8 minutes of your time to watch this short film below (maybe you've seen it and i am late to the party!)

**as much focus and attention you can muster (i know it is hard with symptoms) to simply watch the faces and listen to the sounds (there is no speaking, only sounds). just look at the faces as they evolve and listen.

and that is all...

i hope you will smile today.

hang in there...

awesome, glad it brought you a smile too. :) there was a point in withdrawal for me where i watched that thing every single morning. sometimes, i'd be sobbing from the pure pain-filled depression when it started and crying from laugher when it ended. other times it didn't work. but there was a time when every day, i gave it a try. i think it truly proves that joy is contagious on some level.

True contagion - you sense that many of the people are laughing off their pain in the way we shake during trauma - that the line between laughter and tears is so fine.

And all it takes is one.  Next time I have a lol, I will post it here!

My suggestions are not medical advice, you are in charge of your own medical choices.

A lifetime of being prescribed antidepressants that caused problems (30 years in total). At age 35 flipped to "bipolar," but was not diagnosed for 5 years. Started my journey in Midwest United States. Crossed the Pacific for love and hope; currently living in Australia.   CT Seroquel 25 mg some time in 2013.   Tapered Reboxetine 4 mg Oct 2013 to Sept 2014 = GONE (3 years on Reboxetine).     Tapered Lithium 900 to 475 MG (alternating with the SNRI) Jan 2014 - Nov 2014, tapered Lithium 475 mg Jan 2015 -  Feb 2016 = GONE (10 years  on Lithium).  Many mistakes in dry cutting dosages were made.

I have been psych drug FREE since 1 Feb 2016!
