minwolves
Hello. I have to taper off alprazolam and I am looking everywhere for a doctor or treatment center that uses the Ashton Method/Manual for tapering off. Can anyone please tell me of a doctor or clinic they know of that can help me in Minnesota? If it's a treatment center, I will even travel out of state, it's so hard for me to find a doctor that will use this method. Thank you to anyone who can help! 6mg tapered to 4mg, four years ago. 4mg taper to Valium stated around April 17' Current dose: Ashton Method currently crossing - 3mg Xanax. 20mg Valium all at once, 1 time at night.
