i still don’t get the math. I’m at .14ml right now so does that mean I’m at a little less than 3 mg dose?

 

and going from .15ml to .14ml was very difficult. I’m wondering if I’m reducing too quickly or if the combination of withdrawal and perimenopause is making this close to impossible to reduce. Am I going more than 10% reductions? ( I’m making reductions no more often than 2-3 months because they are so tough and I want to be very stable before I make a new reduction.)

So, your dose would be 2.8mg.

 

Going from 0.15mL to 0.14mL is a 7% reduction.

 

After you get to 0.10mL you will start to be making reductions that are too large. We can adjust for this by changing the dilution ratio of your liquid and using a different syringe to control the dose at a finer rate. We can work through that when you get there.
