5 years bingeing Valium @ 30 mg once a week or so. Accidentally cold tukeyed in June 17 so began my taper too high @ 15 mg. 

Was cutting 1 mg per 2 weeks for a while, then had to reduce to 0.5, now even that is too much

At day 20 of 3.5 mg valium, last cut from 3.75. The 2 mg pills are getting too hard to cut now. Can someone please tell me in simple terms how to cut 5% of this dose using a scale. Pills weigh 0.015 each.

Many SSRI's and SSNRI's over 20 years. Zoloft for 7 years followed by Effexor, Lexapro, Prozac, Cymbalta, Celexa, Pristiq, Valdoxan, Mianserin and more - on and off. No tapering. Cold turkey off Valdoxan - end of May 2014
