Nechampions
I survived being on Ativan (doses as high as 5 mg daily) which I took from Oct 2014 to Sept 2017. So I know what withdrawal is all about. BUT I’ve been struggling to get off Luvox since then. I have 100 mg pills. Last consistent dose I was on from about March to Early June of 200 mg. (Failed attempt at withdrawal before then). In GREAT shape in knowing how to beat anxiety and depression (Thanks to Jesus, mindfulness, and Reid Wilson’s book Stopping the Noise in Your Head). I want to wean eat off the RIGHT way. I’ve been cocky and just winging it. I’m trying to dissolve my 100 mg pills. I bought an oral syringe. I read somewhere to put salt water in and dissolve it one pill at a time. Is this correct? Does that work? i need to take 1 quarter of a 100 mg pill and it’s really hard to cut so I think I have to make a solution. I was on 200 mg my last dose (consistent for about 2 months). Last dose of 200 mg was around June 10. I cut to 125 mg. It was the highest dose I could try without being very sleepy. So so it’s been almost a month since that cut. I take 50 mg in the noontime and 75 at night. Like I said it’s really hard to cut the 100 mg pills so I’m making a solution. I expected I would feel better by now but I my cut was probably too much? It’s getting a bit frustrating but I know it’s probably still early to tell. I’ve been consistent with doses since June 10 BUT wondering if accidentally cutting my 100 mg pill to 25 mg incorrectly is harming me. So I have an oral syringe but I need directions 2011-2013 citalopram 2013-2014 effexor 2014-2015 nortryptoline Oct 2014 - Sept 2017- Ativan daily doses.
