Seroquel prescribed 100mg 9/2011 increased to 200 mg 1/2016 tapered to 100 mg 6/2018 tapering to 50 mg 7/2018 abilify prescribed 10mg 3/2010 tapered to 7 mg 3/2018 tapering to 5 mg 7/2018 Too soon for side effects for abilify and doing okay with seroquel. First of all, could you copy what you've written about your drug history into a drug signature using the following link. That was, the moderators can see your history without having to cross back to your original post. Account Settings – Create or Edit a signature. You are tapering both drugs far too quickly. At Surviving Antidepressants, it is recommended that a person taper by no more than 10% of their current dose with at least a four week hold in-between decreases. The 10% taper recommendation is a harm reduction approach to going off psychiatric drugs. Some people may have to taper at a more conservative rate as they are sensitive to even the smallest drops.
