MochiCat
Hello everyone I'm sure this has been asked before but I'm struggling with severe insomnia and I don't know what to do. i tapered off a low dose (20mg) of sertraline a few months ago now and I thought all withdrawal symptoms had gone but the last month I've been suffering insomnia. I can't sleep at all now without taking a sleeping tablet (zopiclone). I'm awake all night. ive been on and off antidepressants since I was a teenager but never experienced this before. Could it still be withdrawal after all other symptoms have gone? yesterday I went to the doctors but the only thing she could suggest was going back on the sertraline! I came off it because of weight gain, lack of sex drive and feeling numb so I don't want to go back on it but I'm at my wits end now. i feel desperate and I don't know what to do now. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you. Link to comment
