Celeste1990 Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 I’m not sure if this is DPDR or vertigo but I often get a feeling like I’m not quite balanced or secure in my body. It feels like I’m rocking or jerking back and forth or falling even when I’m sitting or lying down. Ariel Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 Hi @didiyana 1 hour ago, didiyana said: I had several windows with no symptoms, does that mean I'll feel better? Great sign! Healing is happening. In the windows you felt better, yes? Over time you will start to feel better and better. It's a process. Healing is happening all the time, even when we don't consciously perceive it. When you're in a window, you're healing. When you're in a wave, you're healing. 1 hour ago, didiyana said: Are there people here with derealization who pass through windows and waves? didiyana Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 Hello, @Ариэль ! Thank you for your answer 🙏 Yes, I had a window in June, where I was 5-8 days without symptoms, and sometimes there are spontaneous days. July was stable and symptomatic, but not much. And now in August, fast windows and waves have begun, which knock me out of the rut. I'm trying to get distracted and deal with de-realization, but in the waves I'm affected by depression, which prevents me from noticing derealization. I'll read your story, I hope I can find more useful information there 2019-2020 fluoxetine due to anxiety disorder (1 capsule per day), not WD. 2023 - Random Atarax 0,12 - 25 mg 2024 - tried to start taking Zoloft (cover for Atarax), after 1.5 months cold turkey due to headaches.
