Moderator Emeritus Shep Posted January 14, 2019 Moderator Emeritus Posted January 14, 2019 Great find, Linus. Thanks for posting this. In less than 17 minutes, Healy puts tons of statistics and facts out there, covering everything from teenage suicide to PSSD to antidepressant-induced mass murder to ghost writing in medical journals to the mass drugging of the elderly. At around 9 minutes into the video, when speaking about the fact that 50% of college students in the US are on psych drugs, Healy states, "The ones who are most commonly on these drugs are medical trainees." That's frightening.

That's frightening. Yup, dr. Healy is great isn't he. And yes, the thing about medical trainees is frightening indeed, but what I find most frightening is the fact that nobody is regulating the pharmaceutical industry and doctors don't seem to know what they are doing (because they don't have all the data, they have guidelines based on incomplete data). You and I and all the other people who take medication because they trust their doctor have been harmed because of this, that is truly frightening... and on and on it goes.
