Hi I have been on mirtazapine 15mg for 6 weeks and taking 1.5 clonazepam a day I’m very sedated and was wondering how I can taper the mirtazapine

Welcome to SA. I’ve moved your topic to Introductions And Updates. You can ask questions here and journal your journey.  You can taper mirtazapine by using a digital scale. The Gemini 20 is a popular scale. Or you can use a liquid. There is a thread in the tapering section on how to do it.

It is recommended to taper no more than 10% a month. 

 

Have you been on any other medications in the past? If so what date did you start and stop them, and what dosages were you on?

 

How long have you been taking the clonazepam?
