Deep
I have been on SSRI's for about 25 years. I stopped taking them without taping. My GP has given me Propanolol to help with my anxiety. Any comments on the way forward. I have some manageable withdrawal symptoms. I have been off these tablets for about 6 weeks. Link to comment
Administrator Altostrata Posted May 5, 2019 Administrator Share Posted May 5, 2019 Welcome, Deep. What were you taking? What are your withdrawal symptoms? Have they been better or worse over the last 6 weeks? A lot of people find fish oil and magnesium supplements helpful, seehttps://survivingantidepressants.org/index.php?/topic/36-king-of-supplements-omega-3-fatty-acids-fish-oil/https://survivingantidepressants.org/topic/15483-magnesium-natures-calcium-channel-blocker/ Try a little bit of one at a time to see how it affects you. Deep
Hi and thank you. I was on Prozac mostly. In the last 6weeks my symptoms of withdrawal have been pretty stable. I get a little anxious and very tired by early evening. Feel hungry first thing in the morning. I am praying I will be one of the lucky ones with no long term chronic symptoms. Who knows! i would appreciate further input please. Love San Fran been there many times. I live in London UK. Link to comment
Deep
Hi I’m worried that after 6 weeks CT my withdrawal will become worse. Is this a given or could I be lucky. Deep UK Edited May 5, 2019 by Deep Spelling Link to comment
