I need to know if I am suffering from venlafaxin or prozac withdrawal or if i am just depressed?

very confused at this point.

been on efexor xl for 23 years went on prozac as a bridge to end efexor after weaning down to 37mg of efexor over months.

reason i wanted to stop efexor was because i did not feel that they were helping.

this is my third attempt to come off of efexor.

I took the prozac for about a month and a half.

I am in a very bad way mentally now for a few months and I put this down to some very bad news and not being on the efexor which i thought I was having withdrawal symptoms from.

Now i don't know whether its the withdrawal from the efexor or the prozac/

What drugs are you taking now, at what times of day?

No antidepressants. Bridged from 37.5mg I think is the lowest dose of efexor XL with Prozac 20mg for 20 days in may or June.
