EspyB
Hi everyone, I’ve read about experiencing waves in withdrawal symptoms and was wondering if anyone has had improvement in insomnia overall while tapering? And at what point? Also has anyone experienced waking up with numb hands and feet as a withdrawal symptom? Thanks so much. Magnesium about 2 months, December 2017-January 2018, 120mg; symptoms started a couple weeks after stopping. Reinstated in March 2018 and got up to 200 mg. Sani
Thank you so much. Your website is such a relief as compared to all those Docs that have no ideas what their patients are going through. And you're doing all this for free which is such a Nobel cause. Keep going with your good work. All this positivity when I look around me around me, is instrumental in kick starting my road to recovery. A big thanks again!
