Besla: Starting benzo taper and worried.

My name isBesla.  I’ve been on Benzodiazepines since 2015 when I started having severe panic attacks for months on end.  They occurred about every 30 minutes (with Zanax), around the clock.  I’m out of the particular stressful situation that started it, but I feel broken and am fearful that it will happen again once my taper is complete.  I feel like the doctor is going too fast, but he won’t budge.  I just had another horrible panic attack last month and they come out of nowhere.  What happens if I’m completely off this drug and I have nothing to stop the panic attack?  On the other hand, I would love to not be dependent on this pharmaceutical.  This is hard.
