Ros8: How much is too much ?

I am on Celexa, Nuedexta Bupropion and Xanax . I did a course off 38 TMS treatments that made me suicidal. Was then told to try Medical Marijuana which I cannot tolerate. Found out the person that presided over my TMS treatments was fired for incompetency  as she was not putting the device on patients properly. The same Psychiatrist who has me on all these medication also was partners in the TMS center. I`m affraid to leave himas I`m unsure how to get the medications he has me on.
