tsranga
Has anyone noticed a correlation between lunar phases (usually new moon) and an increase in symptoms? They seem to last a couple of days either side. My gut motility has been an issue in withdrawal, but around the new moon, I notice an increase in symptoms that hit as I am falling asleep. It feels like a combination of an adrenaline rush and burping, and sometimes accompanied by leg pain, gas and multiple BMs. Usually, I try and rest after meals during the day to get the gut moving/digesting so that it doesn't flare up at night, but there isnt much that helps around these moon phases.. I already do 😊. Just wanted to validate with others.. I have accounted for almost all variables - so it was either the moon triggering a wave or just a wave. To be honest, I have had the same set of symptoms at other times as well, but not as consistently as during a new/full moon.
