Hello, and welcome to SA.  We are a peer owned and run forum of people who have been or are getting off of psychiatric drugs.  I'm very sorry you are going through this.  I suggest you please do not take any more psych meds until we advise you, as this can worsen your problem.  Congratulations for giving up antidepressants, that is a brave and heroic thing to do.

First of all, can you please give us specific information about your drug history for all drugs you are on and have been on, especially for the past 18-24 months?  It would be especially helpful to have the details of your drugs in a concise list (no symptoms), only drug names, specific dates (as best you can say for example early March if you don't recall the day) and dosages of each medication decrease or increase.  Please read the link below for instructions.  This will allow us to give you the best guidance.

How to List Drug History in Signature

Here is some information about how these drugs actually work.

This helps you understand what withdrawal syndrome is:

Here is some information about common WD symptoms:

Tapering is best done extremely slowly, and we taper by 10% of the current dose, so that the taper becomes exponentially smaller.

Why Taper by 10% of my Dosage

Also, as we are recovering, we suggest keeping things slow, simple, and stable.

Keep it Simple, Slow, and Stable

When we recover, there are times of feeling OK mixed in with times of feeling bad.  This is called windows and waves.

Windows and Waves Pattern of Stabilization

Here are some techniques to cope with symptoms:

Non Drug Ways to Cope with Withdrawal Symptoms

We don't suggest many supplements, but 2 that many of us find helpful are magnesium and omega-3 fish oil. Here are the links for info about those. It is suggested to add one at a time, and start with a low dose to see how it affects you.

Magnesium

Omega 3 Fish Oil

Finally, going back on a small dose of your drug, or increasing your dose, which we call reinstatement, could help you lessen your symptoms, but it is best done very carefully.  This is temporary, and after stabilizing you would then taper gradually off of this.  There is some risk involved, and we need more specifics about your drug history before we can suggest a good dose at which to reinstate.  Here is some information about reinstatement.

About Reinstating and Stabilizing to Reduce Withdrawal Symptoms

I've given you quite a bit of information here.  Please read through it, and mull it over, and we will take it from there. In the meantime, take care of yourself, and take heart.  We in this forum have been through this, and we understand first hand the pain and discomfort you are going through.  Please know that the brain is amazing in it's healing abilities.  It takes time, but healing can and will happen.

How did you feel when you were taking paroxetine and mirtazapine for 5 months? How did they affect you?

Why did you take clonazepam and Xanax then? How often do you take clonazepam and Xanax now? Please keep a diary of when you take any drugs and their dosages.

We still need to see your history in your signature. Thank you.

Okay, no one is responding to my problem so I decided to start medicines again,. It was most painful prleriod of my life because I was alone and nobody wants to understand my problem even not doctors. Doctors were already doing experiments on me from four years. Hello @Saad,

iam sorry no one responded yet. This forum is run by volunteers who have been or going through withdrawal and its challenges.

So it may take some time until a moderator response, please understand. A lot of people coming here searching for help.

From what i can see, you tried a whole lot of different medications over the last months and years. This can play havoc with your

CNS. Doctors have no clue about withdrawal und reinstatements from these medicines, they just throw more pills at us.

They dont acknowledge that antidepressants create the same physical dependency as benzos and all the other psychiatric drugs.

Its important to make a (good informed) decision.  You could not reinstate anything and tough it out. Which can take a long time, but every nervous system

will heal with enough time.

Or you can reinstate, which could be difficult, but can work. Usually its done by reinstating a SMALL amount of a drug. The dose depends on how long you have been off.

Please read about reinstatements here:

Whatever you do. Please DO NOT change your medication like you did before in all those months. You need stability, which means no big dose jumping!

It can take a few weeks to months to reach stability. Your nervous system needs to calm down. It will heal.

After reaching stability, its important to taper off slowly, again no big dose jumping or sudden changes. You can find all the informatione you need about tapering here

in this forum.

Greetings
