I’ve been on Effexor 150 for about 3 years now and I just stopped three days ago and replaced it with Wellbutrin 150. My doc told me it was ok to cold turkey and just start the new one, she told me I won’t get the Effexor withdrawals because the Wellbutrin is in the same family so it was ok to do this .. I was reluctant but followed her instructions … I’m feeling weird . Pulse was 110 (a lil high for me ) , I’ve been hot and sweaty and on the mf’n edge , and anxious and a lil doomy!!! This is day 4… was anyone in these shoes before with the same/similar  situation ?

I would stop the Wellbutrin and return to Effexor at the same dose immediately. Three days is not long enough to develop a dependency on Wellbutrin and you're likely getting withdrawal from Effexor.
