Saidshel16
I have a question . i take quetiapine 150mg (slow release) and i want to know if i can taper from the slow release ? can i cut up the slow release or i should switch to immediate release to taper ? i know people who are tapering from slow release . im worried about the short half life of quetiapine , is that meam that i should take my dose twice a day to avoid withdrawals if i am on immediate release or i cut the slow release ? i also know people who take the immediate release once a day for years with no issues .
