Hi, as my signature says I’m a mom trying to help my daughter off of Vraylar. I understand micro tapering very well. What has me lost is Vraylar is a time released pill. I can’t find a compounding pharmacy to make it into a micro taper. Can someone help point me in the right direction?

I’m a mom trying to help my daughter taper Vraylar 3 mgs that she’s been on for about 6 months.  I personally was injured by benzodiazepines so I know how important it is to go slow.

Dear @Hope2023

welcome to SA? How old is your daughter? If she is of age and can participate here herself, we prefer to work with her rather than a third party.

It doesn't look like we have a specific thread on Vraylar but maybe these threads will help get you familiar with tapering.

You can also search for vraylar on the site and see how people who are tapering it are managing things.
