I’ve been popping the ginger chews basically like candy on bad days and getting in the habit of drinking ginger tea, especially at work. I’m happy to be off of the Zofran + Dramamine completely now. My only problem now is that if I don’t have the ginger drops/chews with me, I get nervous that I’ll get nauseous, and then of course because I’m nervous I do (lol). It’s definitely been a huge help!

Medication History:

Prozac: January 2020-August 2020

Zoloft: August 2020-October 2020

Mirtazapine: October 2020-November 2020

Risperidone: October 2020-May 2021

Effexor XR: November 2020-July 2023

- Highest dose of 225mg. Began tapering in June of 2022. Last dose on July 17th, 2023.

 

Supplements: Generic Men’s Multivitamin; Probiotic; 250mg Magnesium 2x daily; Omega 3/6/9 vitamins

@bluemojav having little sips of water also helps with nausea. My water bottle is my constant companion. I sometimes make ginger tea and refrigerate it then when I go out I put it in my water bottle with ice too. I have come to love my ginger tea now lol. Glad you are off the zofran and Dramamine. The less $ in big pharma’s pocket the better. 👍
