Love to know if you get some relief. I’ve been popping the ginger chews basically like candy on bad days and getting in the habit of drinking ginger tea, especially at work. I’m happy to be off of the Zofran + Dramamine completely now. My only problem now is that if I don’t have the ginger drops/chews with me, I get nervous that I’ll get nauseous, and then of course because I’m nervous I do (lol). My water bottle is my constant companion. I sometimes make ginger tea and refrigerate it then when I go out I put it in my water bottle with ice too. I have come to love my ginger tea now lol.
