dreamingneonblack Posted February 14, 2017 Posted February 14, 2017 I did a quick search and realized this was mentioned once or twice but I wanted to stress how important it is to get supplements from trusted sources. A while back I read a scientific paper comparing the ingredients claimed to be in supplements versus what is actually in them. Because of the lack of regulation, a lot of the claims turned out to be false ranging from containing lower amounts of said nutrient to not having it at all (ginko biloba was the worst of the culprits). If you have a peanut allergy, sometimes they even find that ingredient in supplements that do not appropriately state it. Unfortunately, industry are more powerful than scientists so the publications do not mention which manufacturers are less honest than others, but there is an independent company that does. The company is called labdoor and unfortunately only has a handful of supplements they have tested, but if you want to check out their vitamin rankings before you stock up, here you go: https://labdoor.com 2011 on paxil 10mg 2013 switched to oral suspension, 10mg No documentation of tapers in this time period 2015 tapered down to 4.8 mg 2016 after enduring extreme depression for 6 months, psychiatrist suggested returning to previous dose.
