Hi, my name is fightgirl, and I am a 55 years old female. I need help. I have a mixed personality disorder and was put on this polydrugged cocktail (Zyprexa, klonopin, risperidone, Lormetazepam, Cymbalta, Eutirox, Simvastatin, omeprazole,toviaz)

 

I was basically CTed K. In one month they took me out of K 1,5mgs. I was reinstated at 1,5mg of K again. Since that time I started having low blood pressure,blurred vision right now, and tachycardia every day when I take my morning dose of klonopin. I tried the K liquid dropping out from 5 drops to 3 drops for a while. Each drop is 0,1ml.I tried a different method seeing that I didn't improve with the Klonopin liquid. I felt dizzy and I had tachycardia.

I am trying dry cut. I take 3 pills in the morning (Cymbalta 60 Mg, Eutirox and Klonopin 0,30 mg dry cut with the scale),1 pill in the afternoon (Cymbalta 60 Mg)and 8 pills at night (toviaz 8 mg, Lormetazepam 1mg, Klonopin 1 mg, Zyprexa 10mg, risperidone 6 mg, Simvastatina 10mg, omeprazole 10mg). They are too many pills. Am I bad because of the Cold Turkey? I  dont stabilize. I tried Klonopin 2, 5mg / ml decreasing 1 drop each month, from 0,5 mg to 0,3mg. Should I  reinstate at a higher dose of Klonopin, 1,5mg? Should I stay at  Klonopin 1,30mg total dose? I have been at this dose a couple of months and I don't get better. I keep having tachycardia (100 to 110 bpm on resting) and low BP (97 to 100 systolic over 70 to 80 diastolic more or less).My tachycardia gets better as the day goes by,by the afternoon or evening.

I have akathisia too now when before I didn't have it.

Anyone experience with tapering very fast and reinstatement at a low dose and not stabilizing? Psychiatrist did a fast taper ( 2mg of Klonopin in 2 months), reinstatement at 1,5mg of Klonopin after the fast taper.I developed tachycardia during reinstatement. Went to psychiatrist he said none of the drugs I give you gives tachycardia.I am taking two neuroleptics ( risperidone 6mg and Zyprexa 10 Mg). She said risperidone can cause tachycardia. Before I took risperidone 6mg and Zyprexa 10 mgs and never had tachycardia.New psychiatrist wants me to go back to the original dose (1-1-2, Klonopin 0,5mg)and taper risperidone at the same time ( go from risperidone 6mg to 5mg). Can I get kindled if I up my Klonopin to 2mgs total)? I can't taper risperidone either because it is more than a 10 percent cut. This what she want me to take:

 

Klonopin 0,5 mg 1-1-2

Zyprexa 10 mg 0-0-1

Risperidone 4mg 0-0-1

Risperidone 1mg 0-0-1

Lormetazepam 2mg 0-0-1/2

Can someone tell if if these sxs sound like protracted WD?

 

Good morning everyone.I need some help very badly as I don't know what to do. To be protracted you need to be one year off psychotropics (bnz, ad,ap)?I  was tapered very fast of K. I was taking off k in 2mg in 2 months. I  was reinstated at 1,5mg in March 2023. I don't stabilize and every day is worst. My sxs include tachycardia on resting, dizziness,low BP, tinnitus, cramping in the back like they pricking me,severe back muscle pain,heavy legs, can't get up my arms very well, unsteadiness, tachycardia while walking,muscle cramping,and tremors.Tachycardia when I take my morning dose of Klonopin (0,30 mg dry cut)

I am on 5 different psychotropic drugs (zyprexa 10 mg, Klonopin 1,30mg, risperidone 6mg, cymbalta 120 mg, lormatezapam 1mg), as well on Toviaz. My psychiatrist ( I hate her), wants me to increase my  Klonopin to 2 mg using Klonopin 0,5mg (1-1-2), and lower my risperidone from 6 mg to 4 mg. I know this is insane. I won't do it. I tapered 0,2ml (0,5ml -2ml =0,30 ml),in two months using the liquid solution in the morning (September 2023-October 2023).

 have stayed at this dose since October 2023 until today (April 29th,2024).I changed liquid solution to dry cut to see if better, but it doesn't.Does this sound protracted Withdrawal?

You'll see that many of the things you mention are on the checklist. These symptoms can linger for quite a while unfortunately.
