Hello everyone?

I see and read a lot of information about withdrawal in forums and also guidelines for a taper.

So whats the best approach for me?

I'm taking 150 mg of solian and 100mg of Quetiapine in the last 4 years. I'm 32 years old.

Welcome @Ongel, 

 

It’s recommended to taper by no more than 10% of the last dose of your medication per month. Also, only taper one medication at a time. Can you first of all though please put in your drug signature, just go to the top of this Introduction and Updates page and you’ll see a thread asking you to start a topic about yourself.
