Moderator Emeritus Carmie Posted April 29 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted April 29 Welcome @cdngal, Yes, it looks like you tapered your meds a bit too quick, it’s recommended to taper by no more than 10% of our previous dosage per month. It looks like you’ve got all the equipment ready to reinstate again at a tiny dose. The only thing is, this far out it might not help at all. It’s best to try and do it within the first few months of coming off medication. Even then there are no guarantees. No one can really say if reinstating this far out, or at any time, will help as everyone is so different. Sometimes it can make things worse, but there’s quite a number of people on here who have benefited if they’ve reintroduced the meds at a tiny dose early on. I’m really sorry there are no better answers. So many people on this site are suffering from withdrawals for a long time. It takes time for our brains to reach some kind of equilibrium again. In the meantime we need to find things that can help us distract ourselves from our symptoms. It’s a good idea to find some hobbies you can get absorbed in, to go out in nature etc. Also, please refrain from alcohol and try and cut down on any stimulants like coffee and sugar. Try and avoid exercise that is too strenuous as well. Feel free to pop in on other people’s threads to have a chat about their experiences as well💛 Seroquel. 2019:➡️ From 7.25mg to 5.80mg. 2020➡️5.60 to 4.80. 2021➡️4.60 to 4.0. 2022➡️3.95 to 3.55. 2023➡️ From 3.50 to 3.25. 2024➡️Jan15=3.20✔️ Feb19=3.15✔️ March26=3.10✔️May1=3.05✔️This is NOT medical advice.Consult your doctor.
