Things stop automatically making sense, as if something is interrupting your normal ability to infer and reason about what is happening around you. It's especially noticeable in practical functioning, as opposed to when I am consciously working at something. I did get this sort of as a part of depression prior to any medication--just not this bad. It may be made worse by the fact that since I really can't feel, I can't rely on affective reactions as much so everything seems less certain. Pristiq tapered over 8 months ending Spring 2011 after 18 years of polydrugging that began w/Zoloft for fatigue/general malaise (not mood). CURRENT: 1mg Klonopin qhs (SSRI bruxism), 75mg trazodone qhs, various hormonesLitigation for 11 years for Work-related injury, settled 2004. Involuntary medical retirement in 2001 (age 39). 2012 - brain MRI showing diffuse, chronic cerebrovascular damage/demyelination possibly vasculitis/cerebritis. I don't trust my judgement because I can over react AND I am full of self-doubt during these times. I have to run things by everyone and their brother rather than make a sound decision on my own.
