As a compulsive Type A that has always been able to down shift when I needed to blast through a project or responsibility...now I am having a hard time with this - especially since I have a lot of agitation and can not sit. Went back to riding my bike a few weeks ago and while 3 miles was good for a few days 10 headed for 20 miles became the slow days too soon. I know one of the phone psyche drug support lines in the UK tell everyone to do 50% less than you think you want to, then cut that by 50%.
