Meimeiquest
Many of you probably know of the recent fad in alternative medicine, summits. You sign up for free to hear speakers, and many are great, on a topic, during a very specific time frame. Then they offer unlimited access and/or transcripts at a cost. And they do all sorts of things with your email address, so you want to be mindful of what address you provide. These have recently started, or will start soon: Www.autoimmunesummit.com Www.theanxietysummit.com Www.digestionsession.com I would also commend www.coolinginflammation.blogspot.com. It is a blog by a scientist who studies intestinal flora, DNA sequencing, etc., so his perspective is a bit different from healthcare practitioners. For me, "over educating" on this topic has helped me the most in finding the motivation to radically change my diet (and I still don't always succeed). 1st round Prozac 1989/90, clear depression symptoms. 2nd round Prozac started 1999 when admitted to dr.
