Hi Jane:

I'm glad the itching and rash has stopped. Finally.

Sorry you are having high blood pressure. I'm just the opposite. Mine is running really low.

I haven't been on much at all either. I'm having problems with my thyroid. If it's not one thing it's another. This is the 3rd thyroid medication I've been on and have horrible side effects so I'm off of it. It's my TSH, all my other numbers are fine. So the dr is just going to watch it.

Take care,

Frogie xx

Hi Frogie, that sucks about the TSH. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with WD?  My BP used to be so low I'd faint a lot in my teens. Not fun when you're at school going down a set of stairs. :( Ever since the diabetes diagnoses, my BP has been high. But I know both are triggered by stress, so it's not much wonder it's been super high these last few months.

My memory is a sieve.  What I can remember:

2006- Effexor started at 75mg upped to 300mg

somewhere after 2008- Switched to Cipralex started at 5mg upped to 20mg

2017- added Wellbutrin 150mg to Cipralex 20mg

occasional use of Ativan 0.5mg sublingual, usually given 7-10 tabs  -- (last used Nov 2017 ... previous? my mom's death probably? 2013)

Cold turkey Nov 13, 2017 (used Ativan once a day when it was unbearable until Rx finished)

24 Jan. 2018 - Reinstated Cipralex 5mg

31 Jan. 2018 - started Cetirizine Hydrochloride for severe allergies due to tattoo --- stopped 24 Feb. 2018

26 Feb. 2018 - Coversyl 4mg

Currently: 5mg Cipralex , 16mg Serc (for Meniere's), 4mg Coversyl (high blood pressure)

Supplements: 300mg Magnesium

I'm so sorry you are going through that. My fiancé has high blood pressure and is on 2 meds for it.

My blood pressure has been in the 90's/60-70's. I'm not dizzy or anything.

We are wondering the same with my TSH being WD. The lower I get the higher it goes. And it can also be caused by stress just like yours.

We both need to figure out how to de-stress and maybe we would heal. :)

Take care,

Frogie xx

Same ol' same ol'. Nothing new, sleep comes and goes, depending on the day. WDs completely gone, even when I oops and miss a dose by a few hours. I guess I'm at my "normal" self. This is where I was over a year ago, so I'm happy. Depression is subdued... again, depends on the day, and time of month.  My wish is that you get to your "normal" self as soon as possible.
