Thanks Carmie, Your are so sweet and caring, my sweeyheart.

Bad luck continue to hit me again😭im not feeling well when coming back from holidays. My numb nodes a bit swallon, throat pain and inflammation. Actually im just finish 1 course of mild antibiotic a week ago but not cure.

After finish it, im a bit feel like withdrawal but stable few days later.

Might worries something happen in my throat, i go to visit ENT Specialist to do some test and ultrasound.....lucky nothing serious report ,im feel relesead and blessing. Dr. provided me Ciprofloxacin. Im immediately reject the antibiotic to hospital because this will hit me badly.

Luckly finally Dr.provided to me new antibiotic called cefixime. Im already took for 2 days. For first day a bit shaky and fear......hope i can tolerated well this antibiotic.

Hope everything will going smooth in your cross taper and your CFS getting fine too. Take good care and sending my big big hugs to you....❤️

Sorry to hear this miracle, I had very similar throat problems and it turned out to be acid reflux, acid burning the throat during night while sleeping and causing inflammation etc

ive put my bed on a angle at the head side and drinking apple cider vinegar before meals and chewing gum after meals and acid reflux has gone and so have my throat and lung problems,

hope this helps

Hi miracle, im doing good thank you,

yes acid reflux effects the throat, acid travels up the throat and also acid particles travel in the breath, if can raise bed 8 or 9 inches at your head side then this will help, also chewing gum helps massively, it helps release excess saliva which has enzymes in which breaks down food so less stomach acid is released, chew for 30 minutes after eating,

my throat and lung problems have gone since I identified it as acid reflux and solved using those methods,

you will notice sleep will improve once your throat problems have gone, mine improved massively

take care

A little update.......

Almost 16 mths off lexapro and 17.5mths off lorezapam. After hit badly with tetanus injection , it took almost 3 over weeks for stabilise. For me im getting more stable now if compare to 13mths off last time. Im noticed i no longer so sensitive because i can took B complex and antibiotic without too much discomfort. Maybe  some discomfort  for fisrt few days with electrical shock and a bit head pressure......but over time passed my body will back to baseline quiet fast. Some of my withdrawals already dismiss or maybe i already used to it but they are mild and not extremed anymore. My head pressure getting lighter and not so bad, my body not shaking and tembling so much, heart papitation comes and goes fast, anxiety is visit me everyday but im know how to cope better and wont lasting so long. At least im really noticed huge different into this journey after pass 13 mths (compared 1 year ago)

Im always busy with working and keep a lots distraction.  Im will trying to stay away any negative though or stressful to keep my mind empty for those unhappiness. (Trying my best to stay away or not to thinking too much nonsense) Actually im really lucky to stay away AD and Benzo early and later found this so powerful and useful forum. This really help me during difficulties and need help. Im wanna to thanks some mobs here willing to give me a warm hands esp...Carmie,Sunnyday,DJ2010,Chessiecat,Gridley and others too......THANKS YOU ALL.......

Dont give up and lose hope. I can healing and see a improvement , im believe you all can do it too. Take care.

Hi Miracle,

I’m so happy that you’re doing so well and living life. So, are you still getting any waves, or are you mainly having nice open windows now? You certainly sound like you’re on the way to recovery.

Hi @Miracle123, so happy for you! It made me so excited to read your update. I have wanted to post in your thread sooner but have been a bit stressed with life. This was great to hear. Any improvement means a lot in this situation because it means we're going in the right direction, which is what matters.

And I agree, this forum really is amazing.

Many hugs, and take care.

Hi Carmie and Sunnyday,

Thanks for coming in and you both are really sweet and caring. im feel much much better now....Not yet 100% heal but consider recovery and survive from benzo and antidepressent 😅. Mostly my days coming with windows and waves but im noticed my windows getting more longer and better than waves. My waves last for few hours per day especially in the late afternoon around 4.00pm until 7.00pm or earlier. Sometimes whole days windows with little or very short waves. Still have it cortisol spike in the morning but im noticed much much better or feel refresh in the morning without having it anymore. My withdrawals will flare up before and during menstrual cycle which im more in anxiety and discomfort. At least i can take some foods and medicine im afraid so much with little discomfort now ( im trial and error to test of my body sensitivity)which im totally couldnt do it last year. Im so blessing with the result now and hope for more healing coming soon.

Everything is up and down, come and go but im no longer always think of withdrawals anymore and back happily with my own life now. im really appreaciate living heathly and happily now.

Im really hope both of you will be living more happily and well. Wishing you all best in your healing and recovery too. Take Care.A lots love and big big hugs from me too.❤️❤️❤️

I can took some supplements which i cant do it last time. But trial and error to test for it.......sometimes i really feel discomfort and a bit anxiety when took something wrong too😂example.....im never drink coffee long time ago so im trying to drink a cup....OMG.....later feeling my CNS racing. So good to hear you're still doing so much better Miracle, that's amazing. Hope it'll continue like that for you and get even better. The PMS can definitely be rough, it's the same for me. Luckily it always passes. And maybe eventually you'll be able to enjoy coffee again as well. Many hugs, and take care.

Hi Miracle,

So glad to continue to read how well you’re doing. I’m very happy for you. Yes, definitely stay away from the caffeine, as it looks like a trigger for you.

I’m so glad that withdrawals don’t seem to be much of an issue for you anymore, how great that your focus is elsewhere now. PMS can certainly ramp up symptoms, but that you’re in withdrawal normal pretty much the rest of the time is fabulous, you’re healing. Yay!

Thanks for popping around to my thread too. Take care, sending hugs 🤗

Hi Sunnyday,

Thanks my dear for coming in......Yes....back to my own busy routine work and life.Sometimes i also hits by waves but they are short and can manage without too much trouble.i also got unhappiness movement with stressful life but im always keep myself not to think so much and telling myself i can do the best or i can cope this better. Always positive and faced it the problem. Sometimes crying also is a good way to release all unhappiness and stress too.

Nowaday i cope more better than early withdrawals. i can see a lots improvement of myself and even more appreciated with life now. Withdrawals always up n down & come and go.....but they are mild and short.

All the best for you. Im always praying for your speed in healing and live more happily.

Love and hugs from me❤️❤️❤️

Almost 19 mths off Lexapro and 20.5 mths off lorezapam.Overall im doing fine but still im in between waves and windows. My windows getting more longer and lasting for long.......sometimes i can get 1 whole weeks with good windows. Im still hit with waves but they are short and more managable. During pms im a bit nervous , bad feeling , akathasia and headache or dizzyness.

Im noticed my stomach still got a bit problem until now. Sometimes like acid reflux but sometimes feeling like indigested food or bloating with a lots gas. But overall got slowly improvement and better. Head pressure and brain zap slowly gone now but when im took or eat something wrong ......my head preassure will hits again and gone lately.Mostly withdrawals hits last time already dismiss but some will coming back weak when im feeling stress or eat wrongly. Im trying eat anything now except wine and coffee. Im always keep track for some food im couldnt took.

Still into healing road and hope i will get more recovery. Wishing everyone in this forum good in healing and recovery too. Take care.
