If I had found this website earlier in grade 11 I would have been fine already. IT is been 3 long years which if I had waited I would be fine.

@Rusty1 Did you observe vivid  dreams when  you went off AD ? How long did it take to subside ?

No I dont think I had noteworthy vivid dreams. Not something I remember being an issue. If I did have more vivid dreams it was something that wasnt upsetting for me.

just a little update 

waking up at 4,5 am

my greatest problesm semen leakage subsided. Dont know whether  imipramine made it subside or time did it .

most annoying problem related to gastro intestinal----> gase accumulating in stomach.. when I took amitriptyline then I started getting burp.

while burp I get sometime parts of food in mouth from pipe.

since 1 day I am feeling less tired.

What times o'clock do you take your drugs, with their dosages? When do you get this burping?

By imipramine mean the drug which I took past 6 ago month for 4 month.

I quit all cold turked when I come to know these are the side effects which cant be cured by drug and takes years to  subside . I wish I would have found this site earlier then I would not have taken so many drugs simply waited and it would have subsided itself and be happy  by now. 

I have some sorts of gas accumulation of in stomach after I quit prozac 3 years ago. Later when I took amitriptyline I had lots of burp  whole day. Bigger burp I get after eating food and drinking  water and after waking up in morning. In morning my stomach is filled with gases.

Have you seen a doctor for your indigestion? We do not offer gastroenterology treatment here.

 

You might go on a very mild diet to see if it helps. See

Till now I haven't seen any doctor regarding gastrointestinal problems.
But isn't this cause by AD withdrawal ? wont it go itself over time ?

Today I bought some digestive enzymes.

I feel like I have some sorts of reduced gut motility. I feel like my bowel dont get fully empty. That why my stomach is bloated i feel like that.
If i had constipation then my stool would be hard, but it is not the case.

any thought suggestion.. ?? Is there something that can do some sorts of increasing gut motility? please help.

Hello buddy there

I am off nortriptyline 6 days after 3 months on it.

Sorry, but I am so much in agony pain, I didn;t even give my engineering exam.

my body is deteorating. These vivid dreams , semen leakage , gastro issues , fatigue is killing me . I dont know what will happen to my future now.

Hello everyone, @PsychologiqueSafe15do you see an improvement in your withdrawal?  Mental and sexual level?  My pssd symptoms improve a little bit (I am almost 1 month of abrupt withdrawal after a recovery from severe withdrawal symptoms).  Concerning the weaning there are days with and days without but I'm afraid of never going back to what I was before. Are there some who have succeeded in recovering completely?  Without having this cerebral jamming and this difficulty in concentrating on tasks that before seemed simple.  Yesterday I went for a run and in the afternoon I collapsed on my way home I could not help but sleep, big fatigue and hot flash I still note that my headaches from the start of weaning and  my dizziness is totally gone. @Altostrates I know you are an old person here did you manage to recover from withdrawal?  There are days I wonder if the sudden withdrawal has not played against me but even gradual I would have suffered I think and I do not want to touch this drug anymore. Good luck to all those who suffer

that is the result of getting panicked  and So I took many antidepressants.

YOu are so lucky that you found this website and not taking further medication else you would be panicked and taken so many drugs like me and then exaggerate the whole situation.

 @PsychologiqueSafe15 Yes I see your signature.  It will be a month since I quit but yesterday I was really on the verge of going back to the doctor to get a prescription for Brintellix.  I sleep so badly, I am so very, very tired during the day.  I wonder if these symptoms will ever pass I have heard people say that you have to grit your teeth for the first month and that after that it was already a little better even if the progression is very slow.  But that's what keeps me going on the other hand if I'm not getting better in a few months, I can't say that I won't crack because it is difficult to bear some days.  I should have weaned myself gradually and not suddenly with the decline I realize.  And you? How are you ??

@PsychologicalSafe15 2021 May-2021 August -> (3 months) nortriptyline 25 mg -> cold turkey == still leaking sperm and vivid dream.  This is the end of your signature so you stopped all treatment in August 2021, so for 2 months?  A word of advice don't take any more antidepressants, I know it's tempting sometimes me too its crosses my mind to relieve me and get better.  But I really think that by doing things well we will one day get better.  There are people with whom it takes years, others a lot less.  But me anyway here I am determined to try to get better to create a schedule to listen to my body my mind and give myself a chance to really recover over time.  If you need to chat don't hesitate

@Parisien you are right. I told doctor that after stoping fluoxetine I accuired semen leakage and vivid dreams. 
THey didn't care. They said it is caused by anxiety and simply prescribed antidepressant. Then I was a kid . I didn't know anything about such drugs and for me they were frustating too, so I did what doctor said .

After researching a lot , I came across PSSD and found the truth that it takes years and years to heal so I threw right away all the drugs.
Doctor didn't tell me it was withdrawal. I didn't know such thing called withdrawal.

OH MY GOD , I was taking poison.
SO whose mistake it is ? Mine or doctor ?

I had great ambition in my life  now all turned into ashes, Right now I am weeping and crying whether I will be fine or not even after 4 years.

@PsychologiqueSafe15 I understand you I'm in the same **** as you.  If only we could find out.  When you have surgery, they tell you you're going to have rehabilitation crutches for so long.  The worst I think is not knowing.  But unfortunately seeing this will not help the problem.  On the contrary, I think that we must try to find solutions on a daily basis to combat this.  (sleep, relaxation, positive thinking diet, etc.) and lots of things that can make us feel better, or less badly .. every day I read success stories on this site and I tell myself that people got out of it  .  After its also depends on the age of the duration of the catch and everyone reacts differently.  But there is hope ... as long as there is hope there is life.  I have a friend who took antidepressants for 6 years she took 2 years to recover and now she is fine.  So it is that it is possible after me I wait to see for me the it is especially the fatigue then the depression which returns X1000 and it hurts it is hard to bear.  I "suppose" that with time it gets better and better

Doctor have no idea, just If I could sugest doctor about it and see if it make difference . I am so dissapointed I cant tell you how much agony and pain I am in due to vivid dreams every night. I wake up exhausted the next day. I am 21 currently If I dont study good what will happen to my future .
