Hi! So update, I notice after taking some other supplement for nausea, I experienced a panic attack. I was wondering if there were interactions among the medication and this supplement.

What supplement did you take?

I think you missed my earlier question. It sounds like you've been having problems for awhile, so if you can let us know what you've been taking in the way of supplements, we may be able to offer some insight.

Please list the drug(s) you're currently taking, the dose, and any supplements and the dose. Also, list the time(s) of day you're taking them.

Hi Shep!

I only took the alka seltzer that one time, which is when I had that panic attack I commented about.

i haven’t been taking any other supplements until this week, when I started having really intense headaches. This week I took Tylenol (maybe like 600 mg) for like 4 days straight. I’ve stopped taking it.

I have doing trial and error to see if sugar intake is causing this as well.

Yes, this is a great idea.  A lot of us can't handle sugar during withdrawal. Also, make sure you're avoiding caffeine and alcohol.

The cleaner you can keep your diet, the better. If you can, avoid processed foods.

Try eating super clean for a week and see if the panic attacks and anxiety fade out.

Hi! I know I haven’t posted in a while, but I notice every time I start a new bottle of Zoloft, I experience such extreme/discomforting symptoms. Like I’ve been trembling/shaking, disoriented, physically exhausted, problems concentrating, etc. This past few days have been hell. Also, I’m so ready to be off of Zoloft. I haven’t really changed the amount I’ve been taking for months, but like the withdrawal or just the overall symptoms feel like so much. I just don’t want it in my body anymore but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea.

Q:  Are you referring to prescription liquid?

If tablets, are you getting the same type (manufacturer) each time?
