Administrator Altostrata Posted August 18, 2017 Administrator Posted August 18, 2017 Welcome, scrunch. You've been taking 15mg Abilify for 15 years? Any other drugs? What time of day do you take it? When did these adverse reactions start? We can suggest ways to taper, but we can't recommend any replacement drugs. This is not medical advice. scrunch Posted August 19, 2017 Author Posted August 19, 2017 Thank you, Altostrata I take at bedtime, but if sleep isnt acheived, the (mood) takes hold. I have started drinking green tea, seems to knock the edge off. But would still like too taper off, musles and tendon weakness is becoming more pronounced. Did have luck with bullitproof coffee, too combat drowsyness during uptime, and cleared mental fog. Coconut oil and butter and coffee. 1-2 cups a day. Do you folks suggest anything for muscle and tendon fatigue, i was getting ready too look into glutamate for leveling sugar intake. Do green protein, tumeric and cologyn now, im thinking and ive heard abilify messes with sugars. Any suggestions would help, have friends that suggested cucummin
Administrator Altostrata Posted August 19, 2017 Administrator Posted August 19, 2017 If the muscle and tendon fatigue are from Abilify, you might try reducing the dosage slightly.
