Illumination Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 (edited) I’m going to start my journey towards taking back my power by honoring my desire to live a more holistic lifestyle by increasing my knowledge around my optimum health and well-being In 2019. I will begin by asking my doctor to decrease the size of my AD (Zoloft) so I can begin the titration process and over time slowly reduce my SSRI amount as I add positive lifestyle changes in that will aid in supporting me and also motivate me to follow my intuition and allow for divine guidance to lead the way through diet, exercise, meditation, yoga, and journaling on a daily basis.
