Yup, I did that and now I am back to feeling so tired and its hard to get up in the morning. I wish I could figure out a balance. I was hoping walking daily would help but my eyes are just so tired all the time. 

I am tapering off Zoloft 50 mg at a 10% decrease every 28 days, started August 31, 2019

I'm also on Clonzasapam taken daily - 0.25 during day and 0.50 at night.

 

Supplements: krill oil, zinc, 4000 of vitamin D3.
