Lina, you have been inconsistent in your drug dosing for many months. Your nervous system is more likely to settle down with a consistent schedule like this one, which you have been on for exactly ONE DAY:

Took clorazepate 15mg at 6pm yesterday.

took melatonine to sleep, slept 6 hours, woke up at 3 am.

took clorazepate 10mg at 6 am .

this is the new schedulge for drugs each day now.

6 hours of sleep is not bad for withdrawal syndrome. I know you have waves and windows during the day; if you're patient, the wave tend to get smaller and windows larger.

You must make decisions in your best interest. If you feel you need to go to the hospital, you should go. We cannot resolve your symptoms long-distance through a peer support Web site.

Sadly, very few members have found hospitalization to be much help. Doctors rarely understand drug adverse reactions; generally, you will come out of the hospital on a new batch of drugs, with the same problems.

This is not medical advice. Discuss any decisions about your medical care with a knowledgeable medical practitioner.
