The doctors never told me anything about the side effects of these drugs. If I had known, I would never have use them 2011 - started Fluoxetine, followed by many other psychiatric drugs, including Sertraline, Praxotine, Olanzapine, Dulxionee, Mirtazapine, Inderal, Co Dipracap, Helin, Tenxiat January 2021 - stopped all psychiatric drugs. Administrator Altostrata Posted February 2, 2022 Administrator Share Posted February 2, 2022 Unfortunately, my guess is many of your symptoms are generated by the way you think of yourself. I don't believe we can recommend anything for you but this: On 1/28/2022 at 9:19 PM, Altostrata said: These are habits of mind, which cause you to have thoughts that make you feel bad. Many people have these. See Non-drug techniques to cope with emotional symptoms Easing your way into meditation for a stressed-out nervous system Music for self-care: calms hyperalertness, anxiety, aids relaxation and sleep Ways to cope with daily anxiety Dealing With Emotional Spirals Shame, guilt, regret, and self-criticism If you were able to see a psychotherapist, you could talk about these thoughts with that person and perhaps let go of them. Another way to do this is to write them down in a journal. If you want, you can put the paper in the fire. Are these thoughts the reason you were taking so many drugs? This is not medical advice.
