Are these thoughts the reason you were taking so many drugs?

No, I did not have such thoughts. My only problem was stuttering and social anxiety for the first time when I stop taking the drugs I found this condition For ten years, I was prescribed various drugs to treat this condition But none of them worked Eventually I realized that these drugs were the cause of my problems But I knew too late after ten years I did not know about these drugs. The doctors never told me anything about the side effects of these drugs. If I had known, I would never have use them

2011 - started Fluoxetine, followed by many other psychiatric drugs, including Sertraline, Praxotine, Olanzapine, Dulxionee, Mirtazapine, Inderal, Co Dipracap, Helin, Tenxiat

January 2021 - stopped all psychiatric drugs.

Unfortunately, my guess is many of your symptoms are generated by the way you think of yourself. I don't believe we can recommend anything for you but this:

These are habits of mind, which cause you to have thoughts that make you feel bad. Many people have these. See

Non-drug techniques to cope with emotional symptoms

Easing your way into meditation for a stressed-out nervous system

Music for self-care: calms hyperalertness, anxiety, aids relaxation and sleep

Ways to cope with daily anxiety

Dealing With Emotional Spirals

Shame, guilt, regret, and self-criticism

If you were able to see a psychotherapist, you could talk about these thoughts with that person and perhaps let go of them. Another way to do this is to write them down in a journal. If you want, you can put the paper in the fire.

Are these thoughts the reason you were taking so many drugs?

No no I was healthy and happy person although I have social anxiety and Stuturing and I have lots of problems in the society the drugs completely changed my mentality I had healthy thoughts, I could control my stress The drugs darkened and destroyed my mind I went to the doctor for the treatment of social anxiety and stuttering These problems arose when I took the medicine

Ok thanks The only solution for me is to wait Over time, the effects of the drugs will disappear I know this is very difficult, but there is no other way Sometimes I feel very bad But I have to fight Until I get better Although it is very difficult
